    Summary: To perform a thorough assessment of any web application you should become familiar with the tools introduced in this section. We recommend a toolset based on our experience and personal preference of the course authors. The number one rule when assembling a tool kit is to find a selection you are comfortable with and use it, however the tools we recommend should provide everything you need and provide a good basis to benchmark others.
