Select the first activity and download the How to Thrive pdf. Read the excerpt from the workbook which introduces 4 of the secrets from an e-book called “9 Secrets to Thriving”. Then complete the questionnaire. Look at your total scores and watch the accompanying 5 minute videos.
Finally, go on to the activities for self-belief and use these to evaluate and develop yourself further.
