Janette Knox talks about her experiences as a hospital patient after a bus crash. she talks about her stay in the Victoria Infirmary and then the Southern General as part of a ward. She felt that there were not enough showers available and not enough staff to help the patients when they wanted to shower. She also talks about the quality of her follow up care which allows her to stay in her own home.
