Summary: Paul talks about talent management. What is talent management and why we should be interested in it. He looks at the problems, limitations and issues of the subject. There is a greater premium on talent in the information age. We are operating in the global marketplace, so talented people can go anywhere. He then goes on to look at his own research in this area, particularly in the area of fashion.
