| Summary: | One Step Ahead uses a real life accident scenario to investigate the responsibilities of supervisors (particularly younger supervisors on site) with regard to risk assessments, method statements, site induction and tool box talks. It explains how they should, and should not, be done. It is an essential training aid for the ongoing education of new supervisors who may have limited site, or health and safety experience. The DVD can also be used in colleges to give students a good introduction to these subjects. |
